You should be using Version 8 of the First Class Client for your email (unless you are a Mac user with an operating system of 8 or below). Not sure what version you have? Not sure what operating system you are running? Follow the steps below to guide you through the upgrade.

First, make sure you have no programs running. Click the apple in the top left corner of your screen. Choose "About this computer". It will list your operating system version. If you are running 8 or less, do not update your First Class software.

First you will need to check what version of First Class you currently have installed.
