
You
should be using Version 8 of the
First Class Client for your email
(unless you are a Mac user with an operating
system of 8 or below). Not sure what version you have?
Not sure what operating system you are running? Follow the steps below to guide
you through the upgrade.

First,
make sure you have no programs running. Click the apple in the top left corner
of your screen. Choose "About this computer". It will list your operating
system version. If you are running 8 or less, do not update your First Class
software.
First
you will need to check what version of First Class you currently have installed.
Mac users:
PC Users:
- Under the "Help" menu, choose "About First Class Client".
- The window that opens will give you the version number directly under the name "First Class".
- If it reads Version 8.xxx, you are ok and don't need to upgrade at this time. If it reads Version 7.xxx, 6.xxx or 5.xxxx, you
need to update by following the instructions below.

MAC Users:
- Click the download link. Be sure to choose the correct OS!
- Make a note of where you choose to save the download file, the desktop works best.
- When download is complete, double click the file to start the installation.
PC Users:
- Click the download link.
- Choose to save the downloading file to your computer desktop.
- When download is complete, double click the file to start the installation.
