If you have a child or know a child or adult between the ages of 3 and 21, you might ask the following questions:
Does the child or young adult:
Have a communication problem?
Make poor sentences?
Have a limited vocabulary?
Seem slower than other children in the family?
Have difficulty learning nursery rhymes, songs, or TV commercials?
Have difficulty following directions?
Seem clumsy in using his/her hands or have a tendency to stumble or fall a great deal?
Have a physical handicap-cerebral palsy, etc.?
Seem to have a hearing loss?
Seem unusually withdrawn, depressed or aggressive?
Have difficulty learning to read or understand math?
