| How do I get my child's Student ID number? |
| The student ID number is printed on progress reports and report cards. |
| I've waited 3-5 working days and I still do not have access to my child's grades. |
| Check to be sure that you added your child to the account. If not, add that child now. If you did create an account, contact the campus to check the status of the account. |
| What if I don't have an email account? |
| There are many free sites that provide email accounts. The email is required so that your username and password can be emailed to you. If you forget your username and password, the system will email it to you upon request. |
| What if I have a question about my child's grades or assignments? |
| Please contact the teacher directly. The office will not be able to answer specific questions about grades. |
